Your video must be a "brickfilm", ie: a video made up with LEGO or comparable, brick based, construction toys.
Sounds and sound effects must be made vocally
Music must be made vocally
All sounds must be made by one person. Teaming up for brickfilm entries is okay for tasks like animating, editing, etc., but not for vocal rcordings. Only one voice actor per brickfilm!
Special effects are allowed but all sounds must be made originally and vocally!
Your brickfilm must contain at least 30 seconds of animation and have some sort of story.
Your brickfilm must be available in French or English or have subtitles in one of these languages.
You have until March 2, 2019 11:59 pm (end of all time zones) to participate.
You can only post one brickfilm! (where you are the vocalist)
You must be the director and hold the rights of the brickfilm you are submitting to the contest.
A brickfilm started before the announcement of the contest is eligible provided it respects the other rules. Furthermore, the creation must be original and published on Internet after the beginning of the contest (January 14, 2019). You cannot publish a remastered version of one of your brickfilms.
Jury members are not allowed to participate.
The brickfilms will be scored on a ten point scale by each jury member. The average of the jury's scores will be used to establish a ranking. In the event of a tie, the winner will be drawn at random.
By registering, as a participant, you agree to respect the jury's ranking and comments.
